Oncology at Sreshta Multi Speciality Hospitals brings surgical and medical cancer care together under one roof. Dr. Harish Dara, a robotic surgical oncologist with a DrNB in Surgical Oncology, and Dr. Tejaswini Adada, a consultant medical oncologist and hematologist, plan treatment jointly so patients are not sent between hospitals for each stage.
The worst part of a cancer diagnosis in a small city is usually the running around. Biopsy at one place, scan at another, surgeon in a third, chemotherapy somewhere else again, each one asking for reports the last one has. Families lose weeks to this at exactly the moment weeks matter.
We put the surgical oncologist and the medical oncologist in the same building, seeing the same reports. When your case is discussed, both are in the conversation. Treatment plans get made once, not assembled from four separate opinions.

Yes. Chemotherapy is given as day care under Dr. Tejaswini Adada, our consultant medical oncologist, with monitoring during the session and clear instructions for managing side effects at home.
You are welcome to bring your reports for review, and many patients do. Bring the biopsy report, all scans and any treatment already given, and you will get an honest assessment of whether the plan should change.
Once the biopsy and staging scans are complete, the treatment plan is usually finalised within a few days. Surgery or the first chemotherapy cycle typically follows within one to two weeks, depending on what preparation is needed.
